Well, I cannot believe after all the years of renting homes here and in Orlando since 1993, I finally arrived to one that is exactly as advertised!!!
Your home actually surpassed expectation. Absolutely beautiful and exceptional standard in the furnishings etc.

This villa is probably one of the best equipped and comfortable villas we have stayed in. We were amazed at all the items available in the villa and also for use on the beach etc.The air conditioning able to be controlled by zones ensures comfort for everyone.The pool area is well screened and given the large plot of land surrounding the villa, we had very little noise from neigbouring villas.We would certainly recommend this villa and rate it very highly |

Postponed 12 months due to COVID, but finally made it and it was worth the wait. Quiet location with private pool, king size comfortable beds and large rooms. Kitchen is well equiped. We will be back! |

Thank you so much for letting us rent your fantastic home. Loved everything. We were very impressed with how clean and well stocked the kitchen was - even found 'egg cups' and a tea pot. Rooms are huge, beds are huge, TV is huge, pool is huge. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We rode your bikes down the trail to Boca Grande all the way to South Beach. |

Thank you Peter and Pam. We've had a great time again in your fantastic villa. Had a couple of cooler days as well as warm and sunny, but it sure beats the hell out of January in Ontario! Played lots of golf, rode bikes, drank some beer, sat on the beach at Boca Grande. Love what you've done with thew new kitchen/granite worktops. Well will be back if you'll have us! |

We were a party of 6, ranging from 16 to 74. With Grandparents and 2 teenagers to satisfy, so our villa choice of The Palms could not have been better. The "oldies" took the fantastic master suite, whereas the rest of the family had "the west wing". The seating areas (including the great little snug) provided enough space, so we were never on top of one another. The area around the pool provided sun hot spots all day as well as shade, so everyone was happy. The sparkling new kitchen was the best equipped of any villa we have ever been in, making it a pleasure to cook the odd meal in for when a relaxing evening was called for. Brilliant villa in a lovely location. Thanks Peter & Pam for letting us use it. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in this beautiful home. The house is extremely well stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats. Lots of comfortable seating around the pool. The 3 young grandchildren spent every day in the heated pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! The home is clean and well organized and nicely decorated. The photos reflect exactly what you will see. The communication with the owners was great. We would definitely rent this property again! |

We had a great week in this very spacious home. There were only four of us but you could definitely comfortably fit several more people. The home was clean and tidy. Everything you could need was here including beach chairs and bikes which used to tour the neighborhood. The pool was fantastic too! Thanks for labeling all the light switches which saved us from turning them on and off to figure out which went to what. Would definitely rent here again! |
